We are very pleased to be able to offer our rooms for use by the local community and are delighted that they continue to be well used. There is disabled access to all our buildings as well as a suitable toilet. There are also baby changing facilities. The Church Hall
The church hall is our most popular space. It has access to a fully fitted kitchen, collapsible tables and stackable chairs, a screen on the wall, a piano and access to the small patio area out the back with a few outdoor children's toys. It has a maximum capacity of 50.
Hire charge: £15 per hour. Minimum hire is 2 hours.
The Meeting Room
This is a smaller room with space for about ten people. There is a coffee bar in one corner.
Hire charge: £11 per hour. Minimum hire is 2 hours.
The church itself is also available for hire and seats about 90. The chairs are movable and can be rearranged, if required. There is a stand microphone and a radio mike available, and the building has an inbuilt loop system. It may be possible to make use of the other audio-visual equipment, by arrangement.
Hire charge: £20 per hour. Minimum hire is 2 hours.
Conditions of Hire
Please read our Conditions of Hire before making your booking. In particular, please note that, in order to keep costs down, we have no caretaker and you are kindly asked to leave the premises in a clean and tidy state with everything put away.
As with all Methodist buildings, no alcohol is allowed on the premises. Gambling activities, including raffles, are also restricted. If in doubt, please ask.
