Our faith

We believe and trust in God, who loves us all.

We believe and trust in Jesus, who showed us what love means.

We believe and trust in the Holy Spirit, who helps us to love in return.

Meeting together to talk about our faith and to learn from others is an important part of our discipleship and one of the ways we grow. In small groups, there is that opportunity to try out our current thoughts in discussion, ask questions, and hear the insights of others. As we get to know each other, so we are able to support one another and share in all sorts of ways.

We have a number of opportunities for people to meet in groups and these are listed below. Some have visiting speakers; others work through study material using the resources within the group. All the groups are open to everyone and would welcome both visitors and new members.

We meet every fortnight at 2.30pm on a Tuesday afternoon in the church hall.
An ecumenical group which meets weekly for study and discussion.
A group which meets once a month to watch a film, share food and talk about the issues the film raises.
An ecumenical group which meets twice a month to explore issues of faith.
A group exploring Christian meditation.
